The Education Committee will meet again on October 13, 2009 at 8:30 am in the Tredyffrin/Easttown Administration Offices on West Valley Road. The meeting is open to the public. At that time, new options for the calendar will be reviewed and a recommendation from the Committee is expected. Keystone Exam Update  The final form of the regulations to change graduation requirements for Pennsylvania students has been sent to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) for approval. If the IRRC approves the regulations, they will take effect as written. Comments to the IRRC must be received by October 19. The committee will vote on the regulations later that week. The state legislature may also still act to block Keystone Exams or to withhold implementation funds.   If you wish to express an opinion about Keystone Exams to the IRRC or to your local legislators, you will find contact information and sample letters on the TESD web site. Goal Completion Report The 2008-2009 school year goal completion report is available on the TESD web site. Click here to view a summary of the District's completed goals and objectives in 2008-2009. September School Board Meeting Airs on TV  The meeting is airing on T/E TV, Comcast Channel 14 and Verizon Channel 20, daily at 9:00 pm and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:00 am. Note: the 9:00 pm showing on Friday, October 2nd may be pre-empted by the live football game. New Items on T/e-Bulletin Board  An on-line listing of non-profit community events and activities   529 College Savings Plan Sweepstakes Old Eagle School Annual Spelling Bee, 10/18 Pioneer Quix Stix Spring 2010 Registration Begins 10/1   For a complete listing of fliers, visit the T/e-Bulletin Board on the T/E School District web site. The T/e-Bulletin Board is a service to the community. While the T/E School District reviews fliers for content, the District is not responsible for the actual activities or events.
