The Chester County Health Department wants to remind residents to get their seasonal flu shots now. Contact your primary care provider or check the Health Department's website for information on scheduling an appointment at our clinic. Also, for other locations in the area that are offering seasonal flu shots, check the American Lung Association website. Seasonal flu is very contagious. The H1N1 flu vaccine is expected to arrive in Chester County very soon. Please contact your family physician or check the Chester County Health Department website often for updated information on vaccine availability. The H1N1 vaccine will not protect you from seasonal flu, so be sure to get your regular, seasonal flu shot.
