June 2, 2010 School Board Meeting Recap  The School Board met in special session on Wednesday, June 2, 2010.   Click to view the meeting recap. T/E School District Receives Aaa Rating from Moody's Investors Services Moody's Investors Service has reaffirmed the Aaa rating for Tredyffrin-Easttown School District's next General Obligation Bond Issue, Series of 2010 of $24.93 Million. These bonds proceeds will be used to finance various capital improvements to the District's facilities and will also refund the District's outstanding Series 2006 general obligation bonds for a net present value savings of approximately $570,000 of the refunded principal without extension of overall maturity.   Click to read the full report.
